Clinical supervision is a professional support process designed to enhance the skills, knowledge, and ethical practice of clinicians, such as therapists, counsellors, social workers and psychologists.
Through regular, structured sessions, Jen provides guidance, feedback, and mentorship to the supervisee, fostering their professional development and ensuring high standards of client care. This collaborative relationship allows clinicians to reflect on their practice, discuss challenging cases, and explore personal responses to their work in a safe and confidential environment.
Jen’s supervision helps to maintain professional competence, manage stress, and uphold ethical standards, ultimately contributing to the overall effectiveness and well-being of both the clinician and their clients.
Jen provides clinical supervision to many individual practitioners and serves as an external clinical supervisor for various client organisations staff around Australia.
Jen holds a credential for Individual and Group Supervision and is a member of the College of Supervisors with ACA.
