Clinical psychotherapy is a therapeutic intervention aimed at helping individuals manage and overcome mental health issues, emotional challenges, and psychological distress.

Through structured, evidence-based techniques, Jen works collaboratively with clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. This process facilitates self-understanding and emotional healing, empowering clients to develop healthier coping mechanisms and make positive changes in their lives.

Jen works with people dealing with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, addictions, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more, providing a safe and confidential space for clients to gain insights and achieve lasting personal growth and well-being.

Jen holds a Masters in Human Services and Counselling and holds memberships with PACFA Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia, ACA Australian Counselling Association and GANZ Gestalt Australia and New Zealand
